Boring work can be risky for organisations


Can we learn about the possible consequences of bad work design in the news? According to a news story that made headlines in 2016 boring work can be quite risky for organisations.

Frederic Desnard claims his boring job turned him into a "professional zombie" and he wants 360,000 euros (about 582,000 Australian dollars) for being "killed professionally through boredom".
