Congratulations to CTWD Director, Sharon Parker and Research Fellow, Daniela Andrei for winning the Faculty's Research & Innovation Award 2019, for their paper co-authored with Anja van den Broeck.
Their submission underwent review by a panel chaired by the Faculty of Business and Law Dean of Research, which considered criteria such as journal rankings, citations, reviewer comments and other evidence of impact and/or scholarly significance.
The research paper, ‘Poor work design begets poor work design: capacity and unwillingness as antecedents of individual work design behaviour,’ has been featured on Harvard Business Review in an article entitled "Why Managers Design Jobs to Be More Boring Than They Need to Be."
