"Putting successful ageing into context", a new manuscript by Petery, Iles and Parker



Individuals’ successful aging at work is largely dependent on organisational factors. Negative age bias and age discriminatory work practices can deny mature workers employment opportunities, and hinder efforts directed towards successful aging.


Our 3i model identifies strategies organisations can implement to support employees’ successful aging at work.
